Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any products purchased. 
However, if the product is defective or damaged we would be happy to exchange it for the same item.
Simply send us an email at houseofbowscontact@gmail.com with the details, attaching an image of the product you wish to have replaced.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement item/s. Also note, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Should the replacement request be accepted, we will provide a shipping address for product return. You will be responsible for paying any shipping costs incurred when returning your defective or damaged product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, product exchange time may vary.
